The Summer School Program has been a blast! We’ve been doing so many cool things, like STEM with 4H and visiting the Riverside Zoo.

The summer school program at Minatare Elementary took a trip to Chimney Rock to explore some local history. After that, we enjoyed the beautiful weather with a one-mile hike!

A couple more weeks and Summer school is over. We've been having so much fun with a variety of activities that keep our spirits high and make learning enjoyable. One of the highlights was our trip to the Western Nebraska Pioneers Baseball Game. The atmosphere was electric, and we even got to snag autographs from the players, which was such an exciting experience for everyone!
In addition to the game, we've been unleashing our creativity with rock painting, where we transformed ordinary stones into colorful masterpieces. We've also made delicious dirt cups, which were a hit among everyone. There have been countless other fun activities that have made this summer school a memorable adventure, and we can't wait to see what else is in store!

Summer is coming soon. You may be thinking about what your child will do for meals while school is out. Minatare Public Schools will be having the Summer Food Service Program. It's food that's in, while school is out. There are no income requirements, and any child under the age of 18 may come to eat. Starting May 27th and running through June 27th at Minatare Elementary Gym. Breakfast is served from 7:30-8:00AM and Lunch is served from 11:30-12:30PM Monday through Friday.

Minatare Elementary students put on an excellent spring music program, and sung it entirely in Spanish!

On Thursday May 8th Minatare Public Schools will hold an Evacuation Drill at 2:45PM for Students & Staff.
This is ONLY A DRILL.
Thank you.

It’s raining tacos from the sky! Just kidding! For Cinco de Mayo, our after-school group made tacos, but with a fun surprise inside! You never know what tasty treat you’ll find when you take a bite! Let’s get the party started! 🌮🍭🍬🍫
