Junior High Football Media Day is Wednesday, September 3.
Our ag classes had a busy and exciting day at the Westco/UNL Field Day!
🔹 Morning at Westco: Students learned about the role of cooperatives, invasive plants, seed identification, 21st Century Equipment, and more.
🔹 Afternoon at the UNL Research Center: From entomology (yes, bugs!) to rangeland management, 3D printing, plant breeding, and soil science—students got hands-on experiences like practicing corn trading, cleaning dry edible beans, and even putting their hand in a fistulated steer to learn about ruminant digestion.
A huge thank you to the Westco and UNL specialists who organized such an engaging and educational day for our students!

The Pep Rally will take place tonight (6PM) on the Visitors side of the gym (there is some work being done to the floor). The Booster Club will be set up in the Safe Room with Hot Dogs and water and that will be available on the way out to the Bonfire. Thank you to the Booster Club, The Cheerleaders and the Student Council for all of this weeks festivities.
